The Bend Oregon real estate market is very active. It is slowing down yet there are fewer listings to choose from as in the past. Riverfront homes, golf course homes, mountain view homes and horse properties are still in great demand!
Riverfront homes are limited as there are only a few homes available in Bend since the Deschutes River is pretty much built up and there are not too many homes available on the market today.
